Front End Software Engineer

Requirements

  • Proficient with modern frontend stack: ES6, React, Redux, Webpack

Back End Software Engineer

Requirements

Account Executive

Objective

  • Grow revenue by building sales opportunities and driving the sales process with prospective customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify leads and build prospective sales funnel
  • Educate customers on the value of our products
  • Provide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs and usage patterns
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the buying cycle
  • Handle inbound customer communication and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant work experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in SaaS
  • Track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Track record in driving customer satisfaction and building deep relations with them
  • Awesome oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with people with different skills, cultures, temperament, backgrounds, locations, and time zones
  • Some knowledge of open source technologies, specially Hadoop ecosystem a plus
  • Knowledge and previous experience in similar role a plus
  • Knowledge and previous experience in enterprise analytics a plus

Product Marketing Manager

Objective

  • To increase adoption of Zepl products through increase of brand and product awareness

Key Area Of Focus

  • Build product messaging content such as blogs, product video how-tos, etc
  • Evaluate industry landscape and educate teams about related trends
  • Manage strategy for outbound sales efforts, including events, briefings, thought leadership, customer stories, and marketing campaigns
  • Engage with user community to source requirements and provide feedback loop to internal product team
  • Work with sales development team to build qualified leads

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related marketing experience
  • Track record of developing great marketing assets for SaaS companies
  • Ability and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work resourcefully within tight budgets and resources
  • Awesome oral and written communication skills
