Zepl and Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

All of us are adjusting and adapting to the latest developments related to the Coronavirus during this very difficult period and at Zepl we want to be sure that our plans and status are transparent to our employees, customers and partners. Our entire leadership team is closely tracking the latest developments and we are making any necessary adjustments to our critical processes as the situation evolves.
How we are working to preserve continuity to your business
All of our business functions are continuing operations including support, customer success, sales, product development, marketing and accounting. We have required employees in all of our offices to work remotely and we have suspended all non-essential travel. All of our employees have company-issued laptops with state-of-the-art productivity tools that permit them to perform their job duties seamlessly from home. We are also postponing or rescheduling all company events in accordance with advice from local government officials.
As always, our customers and partners can find helpful guides and other online resources 24 hours a day on our website and within the Zepl application in the Resources section. We are continuing to deliver training, product demos, and resolving issues with customers as usual via teleconference and videoconference.
We are monitoring our SaaS operations 24 hours a day and will continue to scale our architecture to meet demand.
